3. Subscription & Billing
By signing up for an RM Trading membership, you are agreeing to a recurring subscription. * Billing Cycle: Your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) starting from the date of your first purchase.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before your next renewal date.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy
Because RM Trading provides immediate access to proprietary digital content, mentorship, and community resources, we do not offer refunds. * All Sales are Final: Once you have gained access to the digital products or community, no refunds will be issued for any reason (including accidental purchase, "change of mind," or lack of use).

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but we do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining time in your current billing cycle.

5. Payment Information
All payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal. By using our services, you also agree to abide by their terms and conditions. If a recurring payment fails, your access to the mentorship, live calls, Discord, and all related materials will be suspended until the balance is paid.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by RM Trading is our property and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share your account login or the content within with anyone else. Unauthorized sharing or resale of our intellectual property will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
7. Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your confidential information shared during coaching sessions or within the private community. This commitment extends to all forms of communication. We expect all members to respect the privacy and trade data of others within the community.
8. Limitations of Liability & Trading Risk
Trading involves significant risk. RM Trading provides education and mentorship, not financial advice. We are not responsible for any trading losses you may incur.
