RM Trading provides educational products and mentorship services designed to help traders develop their skills, discipline, and consistency in the financial markets. Our offerings currently include:

  • 6-Month Mentorship (recurring membership)

  • Lifetime Mastery (permanent access)

  • Live group coaching sessions

  • Educational videos, strategy models, and trading resources

  • Private Discord community access

  • Trading psychology and performance development content

  • Future updates, bonuses, and supplemental materials where applicable

Product features and inclusions may evolve over time at RM Trading's discretion.

Purchases, Memberships & Billing

6-Month Mentorship

The 6-Month Mentorship is a recurring membership program. By enrolling, you authorize recurring billing to your selected payment method. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation prevents future billing cycles but does not generate a refund for payments already made.

Lifetime Mastery & Upgrade Eligibility Lifetime Mastery provides permanent, one-time purchase access to our system and community.

  • Upgrade Eligibility: Active 6-Month Mentorship members are eligible to upgrade to Lifetime Mastery.

  • Pro-rated Credit: If you choose to upgrade to Lifetime Mastery during your first 6 months of active membership, the original purchase price of your initial 6-Month Mentorship will be deducted from the current price of the Lifetime Mastery package.

  • Post-Term Upgrade: Once the initial 6-month term has expired, eligibility for the pro-rated credit ends, and Lifetime Mastery must be purchased at the full, then-current price.

Pricing Changes

RM Trading reserves the right to modify pricing for future purchases.

Refund Policy

Because RM Trading provides immediate access to proprietary digital content, educational materials, mentorship resources, recordings, and community access, all sales are final. Due to the instant delivery of digital educational content, no refunds will be provided once access has been granted.

Payment Information

All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers such as Whop or other authorized processors. By purchasing our products or services, you also agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by RM Trading is our exclusive property and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, republish, share, record, or otherwise distribute any content, materials, resources, recordings, or intellectual property provided through RM Trading without prior written consent. Sharing login credentials, course access, community access, recordings, or any proprietary material with another individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Confidentiality & Community Conduct

We are committed to protecting confidential information shared during coaching sessions or within the private community. Members are expected to respect the privacy, personal information, trade data, and communications of other members. Harassment, abusive behavior, unauthorized solicitation, or actions that negatively impact the community environment may result in removal from RM Trading services without refund.

Limitations of Liability & Trading Risk

Trading and investing involve substantial risk and may result in financial loss. RM Trading provides educational content, coaching, mentorship, and community support only. Nothing provided through RM Trading constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. Past performance, student testimonials, funding achievements, payout examples, case studies, or any other results displayed by RM Trading are provided for illustrative and educational purposes only and do not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that all trading decisions are your sole responsibility and that you assume all risks associated with trading activities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RM Trading shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, services, community, or educational materials. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RM Trading, its owners, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or participation in trading activities.

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of RM Trading services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Canada.
